Your mid-week wind down. Join us for  relaxation and release through restorative yoga, where all the postures  are done on the floor and with props to help support you. Move slowly, hold delicously comfortable postures, and allow yourself to begin the  process of relaxation, rest, and healing that normally occurs with  restful sleep. This is a yoga class that is appropriate for all levels.
